Stephanie is the president of The Delivery Authority. Her primary focus is driving customer satisfaction ensuring that she has a pulse on the business of each and every customer, large or small. Stephanie has been a sales and operations executive for the last 20 years. After graduating from St. Norbert College, Stephanie began her career with Enterprise Rent A Car where she held high level leadership positions. She received international recognition for her strategies implemented in driving customer satisfaction. In 2010, Stephanie relocated to her hometown to accept a role as Vice President of Operations where she was responsible for a field organization of over 700 people. In 2015, Stephanie was offered an opportunity to purchase a successful family business that was founded in 1996. “It could not have been a more perfect parallel to my expertise and passion” said Stephanie. “If you take care of your people and your customers, growth will follow. This philosophy has never failed me”.
Rodger Bloch started his business career working with Nestlé Food as the VP of Sales and Marketing and served other senior management roles with Jacob Suchard a Global coffee and confectionery and Conagra, Inc. where he launched Healthy Choice Foods. In 1996 Rodger started DSTM, Inc. (now operating as The Delivery Authority), a Chicago Based Courier and Delivery Company and in 2001 he started Go Configure, a national retail logistics company. After selling Go Configure in 2013, Rodger has refocused his efforts on The Delivery Authority which has expanded services into the very important final mile logistics arena.
Andy Zomaya serves as the General Manager of The Delivery Authority and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. In this role, Mr. Zomaya has helped establish many important relationships. Under his management, The Delivery Authority consistently achieves excellence for its customer base.
Calvin Woods entered the courier world in 1992 as a courier for various companies before joining The Delivery Authority in 1999.
He’s been the lead dispatcher at The Delivery Authority overseeing accounts such as Bank of America, Dealer Tire & Motion Industries. Calvin is most proud of his relationships with RR Donnelly, Chicago Title and Bank of America. His responsibilities are varied, but he is the office manager overseeing our contracted drivers.
Mary comes to The Delivery Authority from another family owned company. She was previously an Education Executive for Estee Lauder for 5 years and worked for them for a total of 12 years. She worked her way from the ground up to earn her position and success. Her role here allows her to use her skills that she enjoys most, which is developing and leading others to be successful. She feels most accomplished when she sees others do well in their roles. She also always wants to be known as someone her team can go to for support and/or solutions.
